PA’s Proteus Duxbury and Simon Hall are will discuss the current landscape within the context of expectant mothers and their interactions with digital channels and Health Care Providers (HCPs). With the availability of new digital channels for healthcare information expectant mothers are increasingly seeking support for their maternity needs outside of the traditional patient / provider relationship.

Given this trend how can HCPs continue to maintain a valuable relationship with their patients? Our research suggests that healthcare providers need to engage more fully with new digital ways of reaching their patients specifically in the areas of:
