PA defined the strategy and project plan using our eight-step eAuction process, which takes buying organisations from requirements definition to operation of the eAuction contracts. We led stakeholder engagement, managed the tendering and evaluation process and prepared the eAuction alongside a GPS team supporting the transition to new contracts. The eAuction was completed in full compliance, delivering an estimated £2.2 million in cashable savings and saving the equivalent of four employee-years of work. A single contract board has been created to manage the contracts for all 47 participants and ensure maximum value is realised.
