PA’s Claire Logan, head of people and talent, is quoted in an article on how fund professionals can robot proof their career.

The article looks at how fund management professionals can embrace the application of technology and focus on adapting to the new digital-focused workplace if they want to stay relevant.

The article goes on to look at five skills that will help robot proof your career.

On leadership skills, Claire explains that as technology disrupts ways of working, the asset management industry will increasingly need a different calibre of leader.

She goes on to say that technology-centric working will require “leaders who truly understand digital technologies, opportunities and threats”.

The article also looks at emotional intelligence and behavioural skills. On this, Claire says that people who can demonstrate skill in change management and relationship building will excel in the workplace of the future.
