Jesus Berumen, PA Mexico energy expert, is quoted in Reforma regarding participation in Mexico’s pipeline open season for fuel storage and pipeline capacity.

Jesus notes that more participants and more aggressive offers are expected: "Since they saw how stage 1.1 worked, it can create more competition and more aggressive positions by the participants who are raising their auction."

Jesus added: "When the season opens in this area we will be seeing that prices could decrease, which is the goal that the regulator has."
