ICON plc - delivering a new standard change management approach

ICON plc is a global provider of outsourced services to the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries.

In this video, Marie Keegan, Vice-President of Clinical Process and Change Management  explains how PA supported ICON in developing a standard change management methodology. 

PA also supported the provision of a training curricula for ICON, which has enabled the methodology to be rolled out to 250 people in five months including 85 of ICON's senior leaders across two of their major divisions.
