PA identified alternative sourcing options and assisted the client through all phases of a Request for Proposals (RFP) lifecycle: RFP creation, bid evaluation, short listing, due diligence, contract negotiation and final vendor selection.
PA also helped to define a new Service Management model, complete with roles and responsibilities, processes, governance structure and a performance management framework to govern the new arrangement.
Finally, PA mapped out a transition strategy and helped with transition management.
The new contract better meets the client’s needs and will also deliver $75m (NPV) of cost savings over its lifetime.
