The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise wanted to implement a new IT environment to increase cost-efficiency and improve service. However, because the organisation collaborates closely with its 49 member organisations on shared IT, reaching agreement on the best solution presented a significant challenge.
The Confederation asked PA to work with its members to develop and agree a strategy that would deliver a standardised and effective IT environment for all. To secure buy-in for the new strategy, PA involved all parties in the development process; this ranged from interviewing the CEOs of member organisations to confirming requirements with their IT departments. With the strategy agreed, our sourcing experts identified the best IT supplier for the new sourcing contract and provided support throughout the sourcing cycle.
Following PA’s work, member organisations expressed a high level of satisfaction with the Confederation’s new IT environment, which is now delivering a more cost-efficient and effective service.
