Following a restructure to create a new organisation and appointing a new leader for its retail business, this large UK energy supplier turned to PA to provide lead roles in strategy and planning in support of both its domestic and business-to-business (B2B) teams.
Integrating quickly with these teams and the Director of Retail, Strategy and Transformation, PA supported the full range of responsibilities vested in these roles – from developing five-year strategic plans to operational budgeting, helping to establish the new governance arrangements and managing key strategic projects from business case to early delivery.
