We’re proud to have partnered with Utility Week to undertake this research on behalf of the water industry in the midst of a transformative period. Based on a series of in-depth interviews with senior personnel in the sector, it explores leaders’ views on the emerging proposals around PR24 and how they can rise to these challenges to create opportunity.

Featuring 18 interviews with water company chief executives, regulatory directors, heads of environment, customer and digital, together with policy directors of water bodies, our report identifies four key themes for leaders to address:

Digital transformation and innovation.

As the report explores, success will require a shift in approach to regulation, as well as exploring and delivering on all opportunities to harness innovation, and gearing operations to be more efficient, collaborative and data-driven.
