Our Graduates Make a Difference
Our Strategy & Growth rotations will get you to the heart of solving some of our client’s toughest problems. Using a variety of methodologies, tools and techniques, you will get a deep understanding of how to develop strategies for organisations and what macro-economic drivers influence a business.
When you join as an Analyst, you’ll work on big things from day one. You’ll gain the knowledge and experience you need to build a successful career in consulting and contribute meaningfully to vital projects.
No two days are the same. You could be researching our latest project and delivering your findings, visiting a client with a consulting team and representing the firm, or furthering your development through crucial learning — guided and mentored by one of our experts.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree. We have no specific prerequisites in terms of degree grade or specialism. Our roles are open also to those that have studies a masters but not needed to be eligible to apply.

The Offer

- Salary potential: £32,500 with additional £3,500 transport allowance
- This role will start in Autumn 2025
As part of our 18-month Graduate Development Scheme, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate through three of our capability teams, gaining diverse skills and experiences that will serve as the foundation for your consulting career. Available rotations include: Asset Management, Economics & Investment Strategy, Systems Insights & Solutions, Growth Strategy, and Risk & Regulation. Rotations will be assigned based on both business needs and your preferences. To be considered for a graduate role in Strategy & Growth, you must be enthusiastic and willing to work across any of these capabilities.

Economics & Investment Strategy: Our team of consultants and economists provide clear answers for major multi-billion-pound decisions in a world of low interest rates, ageing infrastructure, and rapid technological change.
Systems Insights & Solutions: We deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges, pioneering systems thinking and change across large scale projects across all industries.
Growth Strategy: We help organisations unlock new top-line growth by guiding them beyond their current focus, whether driving revenue, profitability, releasing new products / services, or broader social impact.
Risk and Regulation: We help companies manage risks, comply with regulations, and protect consumers across financial and public service sectors.
