Operating at the intersection between strategy, experience, and technology, PA’s aviation team combines deep industry understanding with its strengths in innovation and transformation to help clients develop their vision and strategy in areas critical to the sector including in sustainability, operational excellence, and digitization. PA delivers enduring results for airlines, airports, investors, and the wider aviation supply chain.
Recent work includes delivering the sustainability strategy for a major UK airport, developing the Airport Operations Database (AODB) for a European hub airport, and identifying savings of over $200 million through the optimization of aircraft engine maintenance for a leading global airline.
Carlos has over 20 years of aviation industry experience, primarily in the consulting sector. An economist by training, he has provided business planning advice to companies across the value chain, with emphasis on airports and airlines. Carlos’ expertise centers on strategic planning, and helping organizations solve challenges associated with implementing their strategic initiatives. He joins PA from ICF where he led the Aviation practice’s Growth function.
