Claudio Morales Oyarce joins PA Consulting’s Public Services practice
Claudio Morales Oyarce has joined PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in its Public Services practice. In his role, Claudio will support PA’s public sector clients to improve their decision making through data-driven insights.
Claudio brings with him 15 years’ industry experience and joins PA from Accenture where he was their Applied Intelligence European data and analytics lead, focussing on solving the most complex talent and organisational problems. In his previous role, Claudio helped clients successfully deliver transformational programmes and helped improve employee and organisational performance.
During his career, Claudio has worked internationally, in developing nations such as Sierra Leone and in the UK, focusing on central and local government and health.
