A recognised leader in cyber threats, Titmuss’ broader experience spans over 30 years, with her recent position as Lloyds Banking Group’s Director of Intelligence and Incident Response. She has extensive experience in international law enforcement and financial services and has held senior positions at the National Crime Agency (NCA), the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) and HSBC.
Looking ahead, Titmuss will have responsibility for leading and developing a cyber advisory board. This will see her appoint cyber and digital experts who can provide deep insight and expertise across PA’s clients. Given her expertise, she will initially focus on the financial services and defence and security sectors, but will look to appoint specialists across energy, life sciences, healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, transport and consumer & retail.
Elliot Rose, Global Head of Digital Trust & Cyber Security, PA Consulting, remarked, “Maggie’s reputation precedes her, and we are all looking forward to learning from her and drawing upon her unique experience in this space. As cyber threats become more high profile and sophisticated across every sector Maggie, and eventually the board, will help ensure we are best placed to support our clients in navigating these pressures, and help them protect and grow their organisations.”
