Experienced energy executive Mallik Angalakudati joins PA Consulting’s Energy & Utilities team in the US

PA Consulting (PA), the global innovation and transformation consultancy, has appointed Mallik Angalakudati as a Partner in PA’s Energy & Utilities team. PA’s Energy and Utilities team works with energy clients to help them thrive in complex markets and seize the opportunities of the energy transition.
An experienced energy executive, Mallik will help clients address industry uncertainties and deliver on their energy transition ambitions. Mallik brings extensive experience across the energy value chain, including in utility strategy development and execution, operations, business performance, and energy transactions. He’s held senior positions including with Washington Gas and The Pacific Gas and Electricity Company.
PA’s work in the US includes:
- Establishing a new organization and business model to drive enterprise decision making and analytics at one of the US’s largest utilities
- Helping Invenergy and energyRE win a major offshore wind auction, gaining entry and significant market share in one of the fastest growing sectors in the US
- Supporting US Wind in their commitment to decarbonize the power sector by 2035.
