Growth strategy expert John Cala joins PA Consulting to lead its Americas team

John Cala has joined PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a Partner and leader of the Americas. A senior strategy consultant with decades of experience leading teams and generating growth, John will focus on growing the US business and continuing to provide ingenious results for our clients.
John joins PA from IBM where he served as a Senior Partner in their Enterprise Strategy Practice of IBM Consulting. Prior to IBM, he was a senior partner with PwC where he led the Western Region Strategy Practice and the High-Tech Industry group. During his career, he has worked with leading companies such as Lenovo, Philips, and Kaiser Permanente.
PA is the only consulting firm with end-to-end innovation expertise. Recently PA worked with PulPac to develop a low cost approach to producing sustainable packaging, enabled the future of food with sustainable salmon production for Wildtype, built a national pediatric data registry to improve children’s health for the American Academy of Pediatrics, and co-developed a platform to enable better food buying decisions for food data start-up TeakOrigin.
