Nathan Wicker joins PA Consulting in US to launch Turnaround and Restructuring services

Nathan Wicker has joined PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a Partner to launch PA’s Turnaround and Restructuring services in the Energy and Utilities practice. In his role as US Head of Turnaround and Restructuring, Nathan will work with US clients on turnaround and restructuring, M&A, and finance projects and lead PA’s restructuring team focusing on disrupted industries including energy.
Nathan joins PA from the Turnaround & Restructuring team at RPA Advisors where he worked for almost a decade as a Managing Director and as a leader of the energy practice executing restructurings for companies and creditors.
Prior to joining RPA, Nathan was in the acquisitions and strategy group at Hilcorp Energy Company. Nathan also worked at Rosetta Resources, an energy operating company, and in the energy investment banking group at Scotia Waterous. He has been responsible for over 35 transactions and turnarounds totaling $30+ billion in the power, renewable, oil and gas, infrastructure, commodity, consumer, financial services, agriculture, and real estate industries.

In the last four years, PA’s US energy and utilities team advised on the development, purchase, sale, or financing of over $50 billion in clean energy infrastructure and over 30 projects involving the purchase or sale of electric, natural gas, and water utility and district energy businesses while advising regulators, utilities, investors, and other stakeholders on the potential clean energy transition path and associated impacts.
