PA Consulting appoints Henrik Ringgaard Pedersen as new Head of Nordics
PA Consulting, the global innovation and transformation consultancy, has named Henrik Ringgaard Pedersen as its new Head of Nordics, reinforcing the company’s strategic position as a key innovation and transformation partner for both private and public sector organisations in the region.

Henrik, who began his career as a telecommunications engineer, joined PA in 2010 and quickly established himself as a leader in technology-driven business transformations across both private and public sectors. In the past four years, he served as the Country Head for Denmark, demonstrating strong leadership in delivering measurable value to clients.
As Head of Nordics, Henrik will lead over 300 consultants, 30 partners, and a dedicated business support team across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. He’ll leverage PA’s global network and its rich regional heritage to deliver integrated solutions that address complex client challenges. By tapping into the breadth of expertise within PA, clients will benefit from a multidisciplinary approach, driving high-value and lasting impact for their organisations.
Recent projects across the Nordics exemplify the breadth and variation of PA Consulting's work, including collaborations with Bankomat to combat financial crime and enhance safety, and with Diabetesforeningen and the Danish Ministry of Health to promote healthier lives. PA has also supported Trafikverket and Arbeidernes Landsbank in adapting to evolving organisational needs, while working with Vattenfall to advance sustainable solutions.
