Johanne Rønnow Olsen joins the partner group of PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life. Johanne will support clients in the life sciences industry to drive improved business performance through organisational transformation, with a focus on the design and implementation of customer-focused operating models.

Johanne Rønnow Olsen joined PA in 2016 as a member of the Operating Model Team, based in Copenhagen. Johanne has extensive experience with operating model design and transformation, and brings diverse industry leadership experience. Over the past few years, her primary focus has been on how global life sciences companies can keep momentum in an increasingly digital, fast-paced and patient-centric market, such as by tailoring digital product / service offerings and customer engagement approaches, implementing agile delivery models, and supporting organisation design and development.
