PA Consulting welcomes Keith Joughin as a partner in Public Services and Human Capital
Keith Joughin joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in PA’s public services and human capital team.
Keith has over 17 years’ experience in creating and delivering a range of human capital solutions, working collaboratively with clients from the public, private and development services sector. He is a specialist in large scale business transformation from a people and organisational perspective, particularly in change management, operating models, workforce transformation and learning.
Before joining PA, Keith was a Managing Director at Accenture, where he led multiple consulting practices, including Talent and Organisation for its Health and Public Service business in the UK and Europe and the New-Skilling and Learning practice in the UK. Keith brings experience working with a range of public sector clients, across policing, defence, revenue, customs, social services and health.
Keith is passionate about working with clients on their critical workforce topics, such as how organisations identify and build the right skills and create a learning culture, how the workforce can operate alongside intelligent technology and how organisations need to manage and respond to change in a rapidly evolving and uncertain world. Keith is based in the North West and passionate about the levelling-up agenda and the role of the public sector in driving this.
