PA Consulting welcomes Paul Attard as a partner in Financial Services

Paul Attard joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in its Financial Services practice to further expand PA’s People and Transformation capability.

Paul brings over 25 years’ experience from a career in the Army, to working in transformation roles across several markets, primarily in financial services and including oil & gas and pharma.

Prior to joining PA, Paul was an Associate partner at EY, where he led its Transformation, Change and Organisational Design function for financial services clients across Europe, delivering large scale change and transformation programmes to meet the challenges of regulatory change, cost, efficiency, and performance improvement.

Before this, Paul was Group Head of Leadership, Learning and Talent for the investment bank, the corporate bank and wealth management business at Barclays Bank, where he also led a number of global transformation programmes. Prior to this, he worked at BP on leadership transformation as a result of the Gulf of Mexico disaster and as an HR and Change Director at AstraZeneca, where he led the business change of three major divisional functions - sales, supply chain and procurement.
