PA Consulting welcomes Paul Bebbington as a partner in Transport

Paul Bebbington joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in PA’s Transport practice. Paul specialises in digital solutions for rail and will support the delivery of products, programmes and services for PA’s clients.

Paul brings nearly 30 years’ experience in establishing and delivering digital solutions and large managed services for clients such as Network Rail, First Group, Trenitalia, Thales, and Siemens. Prior to PA, Paul worked at McLaren Applied Technologies where he led the Transport Business Unit, capitalising on Formula 1 technology and operations to accelerate client innovation and create new transport products and services.

Prior to this, Paul held senior roles in Siemens and Level 3 Communications, where he was responsible for product and services development in the transport industry, enabled by his years of experience of railway engineering as a regional head.
