PA Consulting welcomes Sally Bibb as a partner in Public Services and Human Capital
Sally Bibb joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in the Public Services and Human Capital team. Sally will focus on Public Services as well as private sector clients. Sally is an expert in strengths-based talent strategy, change, leadership development and selection, career development and communications.
Sally will bring her strengths and evidence-based talent approach into leadership and change projects, to support PA clients.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the field of talent and organisation development, Sally was previously the Founder of Engaging Minds, a specialist strengths consultancy, and the Co-Founder and Director of talentsmoothie, an organisational development consultancy. Prior to this, Sally worked as Director of Talent and Organisation Development at The Economist Group, where she built the talent capability across the UK, Europe, US and Asia, and managed The Economist Group’s Charitable Trust.
During her time at Engaging Minds, Sally worked with clients such as Cunard, EY, Morrisons, Ofcom, Olympics 2012, Saga, Starbucks and University College London Hospitals. Sally is an accomplished author, having written eight books, the most recent two of which made the WHSmith ‘Top Ten Business Charts’.
