PA’s Complex Systems team works with organisations to help them to simplify complexity and to better understand, manage and exploit interdependencies. This includes better enabling organisations to integrate business, technical and commercial disciplines as we have done recently on Virgin Hyperloop 1 and with numerous other clients.
Johnny Gilbert, Complex Systems Lead at PA Consulting said: “We’re over the moon to have Sara join our growing Complex Systems team. Sara brings a wealth of experience, passion and energy as well as significant experience in helping clients to make critical decisions with confidence. Her Business Wargaming experience complements a lot of the amazing work that we already do with our clients as well as providing new opportunities to help them survive and thrive in our current uncertain times.”
Sara Ulrich added: “I am thrilled to join PA to lead this innovative new global Decisions Support team. With the business wargaming methodology proven to bring external ecosystems to life, there has never been a more critical time to explore, test or practice business plans and strategies in a safe environment.
