PA’s Women in Tech network partners with WeAreTechWomen to help increase female representation in the tech industry
PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, announces its Women in Tech network has partnered with WeAreTechWomen, in a collaboration that will further boost the network’s efforts to diversify the workforce and increase the number of women working in the tech industry. Women in Tech is a passionate team of women from across PA, who work to ensure the future is more diverse, inclusive and benefits everyone.
The partnership will enable PA’s Women in Tech network to access WeAreTechWomen’s wealth of resources, helping to support PA’s own offering, such as its coding courses and community meetups. Both organisations are dedicated to enhancing the careers of women working in tech and supporting initiatives that encourage young girls to pursue STEM careers. The collaboration also further allows PA’s Women in Tech network to support those women who wish to return to – or make a career change into - the tech industry.
