Policy, markets and regulation expert Anthony Legg joins PA Consulting as a partner in the Energy and Utilities practice

Anthony Legg joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in PA’s Energy and Utilities practice, and will be part of the Regulated Utilities unit. Anthony will focus on assisting the electricity, gas and water sectors design, plan and deliver price controls, as well as developing new and reforming regulatory and commercial models for power markets, networks and new growth areas such as: carbon capture & storage (CCUS), hydrogen, and new nuclear.
Anthony brings over 15 years’ experience advising governments, regulators, utilities and investors on policy, market design and economic regulation of the electricity, gas and water sectors. Anthony joins PA from EY, where he led the power and utilities economic advisory team, supporting clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
