Working through our Argenti partnership, our innovative approach to technology-enabled care, we delivered an end-to-end care technology service on behalf of Essex County for three years. Over this period, we increased referrals by 150 per cent, delivered financial benefits worth more than £6.5 million and garnered 99 per cent positive feedback from service users.

Around the world governments are adopting multiple measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, including contact tracing. We led the coordination of the fast-paced development of Smitte|stop, a national digital contact tracing app implemented by the Danish public health authorities in the early months of the pandemic.

The UK government wants to be a world leader in protecting the public from online harms. Our regulatory experts played a key role in enabling the UK government to make key decisions around the establishment of a new Online Harms Regulator.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, preventing the spread of the virus among care workers and vulnerable people is a priority. We worked with the Norwegian Directorate of Health, the Directorate of E-health and The Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS) as a part of the National Telecare program to identify the best opportunities to use technology to deliver care more safely.

The Danish Agricultural Agency’s strategy to deliver user-friendly solutions on time to customers was not being realised, as the process of turning policies into action was taking too long. This was naturally frustrating for customers, but also for the employees being affected by the inefficient and incoherent processes. We collaborated with them to develop an agile operating model ready to adjust faster to future reforms and ensure faster time-to-market.

With over 50,000 vulnerable people shielding at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hampshire County Council urgently needed to understand their support needs. In just seven days, we developed and launched a Wellbeing Automated Call Service (WACS), dramatically enhancing the council’s capacity to do this.

We redesigned the way the CPS could manage cases in the future to support a major investment in digital capability and enable the Criminal Justice System to operate more smoothly for everyone.

Oxford Brookes University is on an ambitious journey to transform its student information management landscape. We worked with the University as a strategic delivery partner to support their team through the change, from procurement and design configuration to the deployment of a new commercial ‘off the shelf’ cloud-hosted solution.
